Hi, I'm Diego — the person who answers your call, works out your quote, and turns up on moving day.
Three years working for other removalists taught me what I didn't want to be. I watched blokes slow down on purpose to run the clock up, and I watched invoices land with things on them nobody had mentioned. It used to make me cringe.
So I do it the other way round. You'll know roughly what your move costs before we lift anything, there's no deposit, and what we agree goes in writing. At the end you pay for the hours we actually worked. That's it — no fine print, no awkward conversation on the driveway.
The part I really care about is the handling. I've spent years under a barbell, so the heavy awkward stuff doesn't faze me and nothing gets dragged or shoved to save two minutes. I came to the Sunshine Coast for a look and never left — the people, the pace, being near the water. Is the estimate the final price?
It's a close, honest estimate based on the items, addresses and access details you give us. Your final price is confirmed once the job's done — you only pay for the actual time your move takes. The aim is no surprises, either way.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. There's no deposit to book. You pay once the move is complete and you're happy with the job.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry public liability insurance plus care, custody & control cover for the goods we're handling. We're happy to share details on request.
What areas do you cover?
Primarily the Sunshine Coast — Caloundra to Noosa and everywhere in between. We also cover North Brisbane, and we do moves between the two. If you're just outside, ask — we often can.
What's included in the price?
Two movers, the van, all the blankets and wrapping, and the call-out — there's no separate charge for any of it. You're only paying for the hours we're actually working.

When you request a quote, we collect the details needed to estimate and confirm your move: name, phone, email, pickup and drop-off details, item list, preferred date and consent time. We use this only to prepare your estimate, contact you about your move, manage the booking and improve the estimator. Quote and booking details may be processed by our site tools, including Cloudflare, Google services, Microsoft Clarity and EmailJS. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, including anonymised heatmaps and session replays with personal details masked; this helps us improve the estimator.
